long ashton community centre tennis courts

Following Boris Johnson’s Sunday night broadcast, the government has released a strategy document, Our Plan to Rebuild, setting out how the UK will gradually ease lockdown measures.

As we move into the first stage of the government plan, from Wednesday 13 May, we are allowed to reopen our outdoor sports facilities – Tennis courts, basketball court and bowling green.

This is great news and it will be welcomed by many, however, there are strict guidelines that must be followed.

With that, the following guidance has been set out for each area.

If the following guidelines are repeatedly flaunted, then the decision may be made to reclose each area.

By entering the tennis courts, basketball court and bowling green, you acknowledge that LACA does not take any responsibility for your health and that you enter at your own risk.

Tennis Courts

The tennis courts will be open Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.

We are not taking bookings, so we ask people to follow a fair usage policy of one hour.
