Fri 13th Sept: Food & music evening
Andrew Christie Quartet
The Long Ashton Community Café “food and music” night returns after the summer break with the nationally lauded jazz quartet led by top jazz pianist Andrew Christie and his band. The band’s distinctive sound comes from the rich combination of Andrew’s fluid piano with Sarah Moody’s cello, Jon Short’s double bass and the supple drumming of Greg White. Their set of original compositions seamlessly weaves modern jazz elements into an ambient, cinematic underscore.
Doors at 7pm, food at 7.30pm and live music in two sets from 8pm and 9pm.
