Drop-in.  No booking required.  Come any week. Come every week.  Each class costs £9.  No experience required.  Mixed ability class.  Yoga mats, blocks and belts provided. Learn how to practise yoga postures, connect with your breathing and quieten the chattering mind with meditation.

Gary has been practising since 1995 and teaching yoga since 2002.

The Long Ashton Football Club runs 3 teams. The First Team play in the Somerset County League, with the Reserve & ‘A’ Teams playing in the Bristol and Suburban Association Football League. The club is always looking for new players, aged 16+. There is also an associated Social Club on Saturdays in the Griffin Lounge. Training takes place at 18.30 on Thursday evenings on the 3G pitch at Bristol Grammar School. We meet in the car park at Old Bristolians, Longwood Lane and walk a short distance to the pitch. There is a cost of £1 per player, payable before training, to cover the hire charge.

There is also a veteran’s team (aged 35+) operating under the name LA Codgers, who compete in the Bristol Casuals League. Games take place on Sunday mornings, with kick-off times varying from 10:30 – 11:00. There are 89 games a season.
