Project 6 pack South Bristol classes  on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Classes will include, core based workouts, cardio, calisthenics and HITT inspired training.

Membership also includes a food plan along with one-to-one advice, measurements at the beginning and end of the course, as well as a one to one consultation. You will also have access to the website’s online dashboard, a members private group chat, and 24-hour help from your trainer.
